Not quite. It's a preview video for DLC that was hidden in the PC files. It's a reasonable assumption that the DLC will be for all systems.

So no, Shift 2 does not have drag racing and standing miles, but you can probably expect it to in the not-too-distant future.

PC version only or not, its still there.

It comes from the pc version files (kind of obvious i guess) but dlc can (and will) be applied to consoles also.

Plus, at some interview they said there is dlc almost ready to launch and in speedhunters q&a a guy asked about classic cars and the answer while not replied in a direct way, they said the guy would be very pleased.

So probably this add-on modes will be availabe for all
