Shift 2 Prizes, how do I receive them?

I only just got Shift 2 and I started with 30,000. Got a Silvia for free (Don't know how). While I've been doing the Level 1 races I keep on leveling up (level 8 now). While it keeps on doing it, it says I'm getting 10,000 - 20,000 then 40,000. but I'm now on 61,000 (weird). I'm wandering if you get your prize money somewhere but how, please help.

I've been leveling up but it still says I'm on 67,000 even though when I leveled up it said I would receive 100,000 (played a bit more) how do I get these cash?

It always says it'll givd me bonjs cash for leveling up but it 🤬 LIES.

The free Silvia is from having the Collector's Edition I believe.

And as for bonus cash not being given, I had the exact same problem. I only got the first few cash rewards and then suddenly I wasn't getting a cent. After levelling a bit more and realising it'll never be patched, I just put the game on the shelf to collect dust. Total play time: 3 days. 👎
