shifter with clutch and locks

Hi.

I'm looking for a shifter working in H-shifting mode with clutch.

I had TH8A, but this model works only in sequential mode, so I can switch gear without clutch (absolutely no sense).
Is it normal in Thrustmaster or weak in my shifter?

Do You know any other shifter with H-shifting and locks?
Fantec (CLUBSPORT SHIFTER SQ V 1.5 EU) is a good one but it cost >250 euro... Do You know any cheaper model?

None of the available shifters can lock you out of a gear (that includes Fanatec's Clubsport shifter), you can always move into the gear even if the game you are playing doesn't accept the input.
