Should there be a Mario Kart section of its own in the game area?

I know I am a newbie here, but I was wondering why there isn't a Mario Kart section of it's own in the Game area, with Mario Kart World coming very soon and it seeming to have a lot of content, it's own area would be viable surely?

This forum is a huge one for racing games, I have been a longtime lurker myself, becoming a hub for a huge game like Mario Kart World would draw in more people here?

I think it is because Mario Kart is wildly different from Forza, NFS, and Gran Turismo, and that Mario Kart has had it's own forums since the late 90's

There are many more racing games than just those on the boards here.
To me it seems the lines are drawn between (slightly) reality based vs cartoonish/comical/in total disregard to real world physics.

We are a sim-racing forum and Mario Kart is not a sim, but aside from that, this is the total number of threads that contain "Mario Kart" in their title in the Console and PC gaming forum. It is nowhere near enough to warrant a whole section.

It's all about engagement. The Crew subforum was added when the second game came out. But the only reason was we users leaving thousands of replies during a relatively short amount of time. We were constantly asking for a sub and finally got it. We still lack numbers today and who knows.. maybe we will lose it someday.
