i thought so to, delete bob to refresh him with a new one.
but the higher level bob seems to render more money in remote racing.
the level 30 bob's had doubled his money over the 0 level bob's where they where racing all day against each other with my 3 account

1. You can delete bobs freely to keep things fresh if you desire. It offers no benefit.

2. You should NOT retire your ORIGINAL bob as he will have the highest experience bar. There is a trophy for taking a bob to the "peak of his career" which is attained once you fill up the experience bar (its labeled something different outside the US...)

3. I believe the experience is accrued through game days, and not races driven, as my bob with double the races driven still has a lower exp than my original bob.

4. Higher level bobs won't gather more money in racing... a bloke seems to have sorted out the payout policy just now. Here: https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=186400

am grinding with 3 sub accounts and i am 100 % sure the higher levels (above 30) get almost double amount cr. of the bobs that where on level 0.
after one day.

If you do retire a Bob at 40, he'll take two years off and come back to race for a rival team.
I suggest you twist his neck and save us all the misery of his "comeback".

kaffeine, that is a great post. but keep in mind that schu rose up thru the ranks with benz...so he's just going home.
