Upon trying to sign in my PS5 gave me this. "Someone else on the PS5 is already using this account". Is there a way to recover this? Please help as I'm having GT7 withdraws. I can log in my other accounts.

With that error message you are currently trying to create an account with the very same email adress that is being used for a different account already.
Press the PS button and simply select your account.
If it isnt yet to be found on the console, then
"Add a User to this PS5"
-> Get Started
Agree on the terms
"Sign in ..."
-> Sign in manually
-> enter email and password
In case of lost password:
-> sign in
-> problems
-> change password
