- Im looking in to buying the SRW-S1 wheel, but the problem is that it has no mount. What would be the best mount to put on a wheel like that

That wheel isn't meant to be mounted to anything. I suggest you spend a tiny bit more $$ if possible and get a proper entry-level wheelbase and pedal set, maybe a table/desk mount type like the Thrustmaster TMX or something. You can get a used one for under $200. If the wheel is not mounted to an actual base, you might as well just stick with a controller.
