Sim Rig monitor recommendations

I have just ordered a Sim labs evo rig with a monitor mount but I don't know what TV I should go for, I'll be playing GT sport with PS4 pro so need 4k and HDR - Firstly I am unsure on what screen size I should get (is 49" too big?) and secondly can anyone recommend a decent TV. Don't really need OLED and budget is around £4-600

I game on a custom high-end PC w/ a 27" Acer monitor. (model XB271HU)
