Buy any car, for example, Peugeot 205...
Now Buy EVERYTHING for that car, and either choice Racing Soft or Sports Soft,
Now, tune the transmission, 155mph, set the Final gear so your top speed is now around 175mph,
LSD; since this car is 4WD on the front, 10, 20, 10, and on the rear 20, 40, 10.
Just use these for rear and front wheel drive cars also,
Suspension, now you can either keep the ride height at 0, or set it to -5, Spring rate for 4WD and FR would be 6.5, 8.0
But front wheel drive would be 8.0, 6.5
Now dampers and Anti roll bar,
8, 8
8, 8
6, 6
Camber, 0.5, 0.5
Toe, 0.00, 0.00
Then set the brakes to 5, 6!
That's a simple setup, and if bought you the High RPM turbo, and you think its too much, bring your HP down a tadd!
For me, this setup is a good setup to play around in cars, its good for power sliding, but yet good for driving fast!
So its a good place to start if your new to tuning I guess!
Hope this is helpful!
