SIN Cars UK Ltd. is a British-Bulgarian small manufacturer of sports cars and road vehicles based on Hinckley, UK. The company was founded in 2012 by the Bulgarian Rosen Daskalov.

The SIN R1 RS is an evolution of the R1, it made its debut at the International Motor Show in Belgrade, Serbia. The car then made an appearance at the Pista Ruse 2015 at Bulgaria, motorsport fans got the chance to ride in it via a “ring taxi”. There were so many people who wanted to try the SIN that the time between the rounds wasn’t enough for Rosen Daskalov to give them all a ride. “People who rode in the car reacted very emotionally, even professional drivers. The car has a unique grip, with Michelin PilotSport 2 tires that are designed for street use. During the race we used SIN R1 RS for a safety car and thus we were able to test the car in race conditions in very hot weather.”

There’s a lot of "supercar-ness" to it: the swooping hood, the sharp angular nose, the raised arches, the flat body, the cockpit-style cabin and, of course, that adjustable rear wing. It’s lightweight at just 1150 kg and the 60:40 weight distribution gives it enough balance to handle well in high speeds.

The interior SIN R1 RS is relatively simple, so expect little in the way of fine luxury. The positioning is geared towards pure racing fun, which explains the presence of an FIA roll cage, racing seats, and a racing steering wheel and luggage space on the front end, seeing as the engine is neatly positioned just behind the seats.

The Sin R1 RS comes with 3 options of GM-sourced engines, a 6.2-liter LS3 V-8 engine that packs 525 horsepower, a LS7 with about 530 hp, or the more powerful LS9 with 650 hp. Regardless of the choice, the GM powerplant links to a Graziano six-speed manual transmission that sends power to the rear wheels.

This car just doesn't look good IMO, no matter the color, no matter the angle of the picture; sorry.

The specs are impressive, but power is nothing without the looks.

It's okay, I agree on the "power is nothing without the looks" thing, there are many cars out there with impressive performance numbers but with dreadful looks, Mansory's are a good example. ;)

I tried to find the answer for your question but I wasn't successful... :indiff:
I tried translating "Sin" from Bulgarian and I got the words "Blue", "Junior" and "Son". I don't think the company's name is related to these...

This will always be a mystery.

Hey guys, thanks for noticing the car. It is named Sin on the English word Sin (sinful, like the 7 deadly sins); In Bulgarian it's "грях". We are currently developing a page in our site where you can "design your own sin". Check it out: http://configure.sincars.co.uk/r1rs.html

Of course, we are also still developing the vehicle and I thank you for the feedback. Some people like it a lot, some hate its looks, the world wouldn't be interesting if we liked the same things. :)
