Hey, just wondering if anyone knows how to make your own car

I saw somewhere that you can make your own skins for cars and ive seen videos of someon youtube.

you can also do it for tracks i understand

I just cant remember where i saw this info and was hoping you could help me out

None of that is possible in GT4.

You are mistaken if you think you've seen videos of cars not originally in GT4

A lot of people would try to trick you into thinking it's GT4. That or they are just retarded and mistaking it themselves. None of the GT games give you that ability. (I wish they did though)
