Skyline help!

Hey there guys quick question, from the nissan dealership, which skyline new has the most potential (after upgrades are done ) when bought new for 50-70k?? Also how does that carbon fibre skyline stack up to them when fully modded.

I have a stock Mspec Nur with only a wing and brakes, and the Carbon R. I bought the Carbon-R because it looks soooo cool. It drives OK, but man does it have wicked wheelspin. I won the Red Emblem races with the Nur, but with little Aspec. It was really a runaway. The Carbon will kill the JGTChampionship, I ran a couple for fun. It also holds up well against the LM's in the DreamCar Championship. The only other series I used the Nur in was the El Capitan Endurance, which it won easily by over 45 seconds.
The El Capitan Endurance was pretty wild. I entered with a nearly stock Skyline and won the best LMP in the game, the Minolta. Go figure.

i did a little bit of reseach into the skylines nothing to indepth but it may help a little i systematicaly bought one of each of the skyline modles then viewed them back at my home gaurage to see wich had the most bhp to begin with, heres what i found

GT-R m-spec '01 336bhp stock nothing added
GT-R v-spec II '00 336bhp stock
GT-R v-spec II nur '02 342bhp stock
GT-R '00 333bhp stock
GT-R m-spec nur '03 341bhp stock
GT-R special color '00 333bhp stock
GT-R v-spec II N1 '00 333bhp stock
Coupe '03 281bhp stock

So noticing the v-spec II nur had the most bhp from the off i kept that and went on to buy all the parts for it from nismo exept for the trubo ( i got a stage 5 original from either HSK or Blitz).
After that checked back at my guarage noticing the power output was at 868bhp then did an oil change bringing the power to 911bhp.
Im currently working on a set up for it almost done using leguna seca as my testing ground at the moment im averaging, high 1'18s to low1'19s a lap without nitrous and high 1'17s to mid 1'18's with nitro at 70 on super soft racing tyres.
My personal best lap time was 1'16'489.
Once im happy with my times i might post my setup.

Good times STIGG. I think my best in GT3 with a fully modded skyline r34 at Laguna was 1'16'???. The reason I went with the M-spec Nur I think, was that it was a little lighter.
 
i have the gtr r34 in the special midnight purple color. best time on motorland was 32.297 on r5's with org suspension, fully built. i have the 400r, nismo r-tune, carbon r, nur spec. and it all boils down to suspension tuning, and if you can drive. obviously spent more time with the midnight car then the others, cause well, it's cool lookin. the r-tune has the highest hp of the production cars.

That is the Skyline that I have is the Carbon R. I have the Mines Skyline too and a couple of Nismo Skylines. By far the best one for me is the Carbon R. It costs a pretty penny but to me it is totally worth it. I did the race of the red R eblem a little while back and the Carbon R was even beating out the 2002 Nissan Skyline. if you want to see a list of my cars look around and youll find it. my username is crazycars1990 and the title of the post I put out is "The Cars I Have So Far." It took me about an hour and a half to do.

no one has answered the question of which ahs the most potential i.e which can be tuned to the highest BHP >?

ADestroy i answerd the, GT-R v-spec II nur with full modifications and a stage 5 turbo from tunning village and an oil change it tops out at 911bhp.

having said that i did miss out half of my answer doh
so here it is

the carbon r1 titan maxes at around 873bhp i think, and can only take upto a stage 4 turbo

tho i belive the carbon r1 will still get better times due to the fact it weighs about as much as a feather, and if you are able to cut out the wheel spin or reduce it with out using to high a setting on the tcs

i plan to have a look at the carbon r1 once im happy with the v-spec nur

didnt include the cars modded by nismo as i dont yet have them all.
