can someone tel me the best settings for my skyline Vspec II??

Mitch, welcome to GTPlanet. There's a lot of good information all over this forum. Try the Search button - put "Skyline" in the subject line, tell it to search "Titles", and restrict it to the "GT3 Settings and Tuning", and see what comes up. If you don't get anything, try the same search, except tell it to search threads instead of titles.
