Skyline tailights on a Honda, not a good idea.
What about doing the conversion to a 240sx. I have the resources but not the know how. Should me and my tuner buddies attempt this.
The only Skyline tail light conversion I've ever liked was R32 taillights on an S13 coupe. If you have a hatchback I wouldn't recommend it, get Kouki 180sx taillights, they're awesome.
Edit: oh and I forgot to add...if you have an S14..I wouldn't do it on that either...the shape of the back end wouldn't really fit the shape of the skyline lights...maybe r33's...but it would take a crazy amount of body work and you'd need a custom trunk or something to get rid of the stock middle light section.
Not trying to be an ass or anything, but the "type-X" taillights came on all Kouki 180sx's, they were stock on all models.
"Type-X" was a trim just like the Type G, Type S, Type R 180sx. (I think that's all the models they had)
as for the conversion..here's some pictures
That's an r32 wing too...I think it looks pretty cool
mmhh, for once I think it looks good. and the conversion on that car is really well done. even the wing looks good. as its very similar to the skyline you are taking the tailamps from, it isnt such a big deal, and looks ok.
