I can't tell what cars and tracks I'll be able to drive with Steams current Assetto Corsa offering (v.4 I think) that expires in a day or so.

Can I drive the Lotus 98T, Lotus 49, and Lotus Exos T125?

Also what tracks are available (Spa, what's Germany circuit)?

Basically Steam's information and Assetto Corsa's site have different stories on what is available right now to drive and where.

Can anyone enlighten me?

Steam shows I think the original early access content, the AC website shows the final product as it will be in around march/april. Only the Lotus 49 of those above 3 is available currently. The current ingame car list is quite decent now, but does not include all that is shown on the website.

Spa is not available (it will be on official launch) nor is Germany Circuit (Nurburgring GP). I think all of the other tracks are available currently tho.

I did see the Steam list, but just wanted to clarify. Things seem to have changed quickly since they first offered it; so I wasn't sure if what I was seeing on AC's site was current. Thanks.

I see they have a subscription base forum that may hold some answers. Are they up front about what is likely to be released next?

Is AC worth it overall? It's sad there isn't multiplayer online. It's all I'd really need. That and the aforementioned cars/tracks.

There isn't multiplayer at the moment but it will come soon enough, I think the game is worth it. Arguably the finest driving simulator available and a decent ammount of content/challenges within the game, new content being released every 2 weeks (though they will soon run out of that).

I'm in love with this game too. And let's face, multiplayer racing on the PC is a hot mess when you exclude iracing. The fact Assetto Corsa is using Steamworks, hopefully means it'll develop a healthy online pool once it goes live. It's the first time, IMO, anyone has really had a decent free online plan in the PC sim space.
