Slow B Spec Endurance Help

Hey just thought that some people (like me) don't have the time or determination to race A Spec endurance races all the time, and since Mr B Spec often loses on endurance races unless he is AMAZING i have set up this thread to post helpful suggestions for B Spec endurance events.
For example my b spec driver could never complete the sarthe II 24 hr (the one with no chicanes).
I tried everything but he always failed, until i tried the AUDI R8.If a stage 4 turbo is added and the camber is 3.5 front, 2.5 back, bounce dampers 3 on f/b and rebound dampers 8. I the set the auto ratio to 25 and let him race with hard front tyres and super H backs. Wow,hes currently laps ahead of every 1after 12 hrs...

Hmmm. I've only used b-spec for the 3 24-hr races and have won every time. I have done the 2 Sarthe 24s 2-3 times, although I've had to restart if the 787b is in the mix. That I can't beat because it seems to never pit!. Usually I run a Minolta with a stage 3 turbo and hard/super hard tires and raising it to 5 mm from the top, but I've also won with a mildly tuned Sauber and R8.

I always leave it on "3" and overtake on, sometimes even changing to "2" if I get way ahead. Also, I have never had b-spec points higher than about 2500 so it is not experience. I doubt if I am just being lucky, so what is different? Why is everyone else having so many problems? Only thing I can think of is you are all trying to run in "4" or "5" mode. I have found they are actually slower in the long run than "2" or "3" because of frequent off course excursions.

I have the NA version BTW.

Lots of people, PAL-version users especially, have big trouble in the Sarthe II enduro:

It appears from your post that you have a lead after 12 hours in your latest attempt. Is that correct? Its a bit hard to decipher...

yea i am using the PAL version.lots of people have problems with this track.Even using the formula 1 car (since the tyres do not last long). Has any1 had the same problem where the b spec driver seems to just turn into the barrier on the long back straight? Might be a glitch, but i can't see a way of repairing it. It seems to happen most with the formula 1 car. Oh and yes i do have a lead. I hae had one since the second lap!

noob question, how do you get that much b-spec points when you only used b-spec mode in 3 races?
