Small Question About LiveTrack + Replay Cameras + AIPS4

As the title aptly suggests, I have a few questions about PC2.
1. Why is it when I'm qualifying for a race, I set my best time in the last minute of the session, while at the start of the race, first flying lap and I'm already 2 seconds faster even though the car is heavier with more fuel? I know the track gets rubbered in, but isn't the difference too big in such a short space of time?
2. What is it with the AI being so slow in the rain? I can barely outqualify them in the dry, but in the rain their performance is appaling. My AI settings are 70 skill, 60 aggression (I know it's a bit slow, I'm on a controller and this is only my second week with the game)
3. About the new GoPro cockpit camera, I can use it while racing but I can't seem to find it in the replays. Can anyone help me out with this? Is it not available in replays?

Anything below 80 is default tune, if you want them to be faster you need to bump it past 80.

I personally run 94-113 depending con car class and keep agro at 85 seems to provide a solid challenge and keeps them fighting.
