I bid 50 $hells for the Amazon gift card.

24 hours have passed without being outbid - @nmcp1 wins the $50 Amazon card. Check your PM

Is there a current structure that shows how many $hells a person earns for performing the required tasks?
Does one job “pay” more than another? Example; Host versus Texter? Division manager vs Scorekepper? Etc, etc, etc.
This season I have hosted twice and will continue to do so, but I have only netted two (2) $hells for over 4 hours of “work”? Seems a little disparaging.

I know the BOD (board of directors) was in discussions about this very topic recently. I’ll tag @JLBowler to see if they restructured $hell payouts for duties fulfilled

We'll work on that this weekend. Thanks for bringing it up

Any progress or update that can be shared?
Sorry about the delay; this is completely my fault. @SAMHAIN85 has been trying to get me to work on this, but I've dropped the ball. To be completely candid, I seem to have forgotten how to get the get the drop-down options to update and sync with the forms. I'm off on Wednesday and will try to give it another go. Hopefully with some luck and a bit of memory recall, I'll be able to reverse engineer the process and get it figured out. I'll be sure to provide an update later this week.

Any progress made towards establishing a pay scale? If you give me some parameters perhaps I can take a shot at it and submit to the BOD.
Just a suggestion

The original calculations were based on one $hell for every 10 minutes of work. For the record, hosting was never considered to be two hours of work as the majority of that time is spent racing and the only work is being before and in between combos.

Progress on publishing payouts? I would think you fine gentlemen would want to advertise this a little more aggressively, given the fact there are numerous new members who may not be aware. Also, seems some divisions have a difficult time filling all duties for any given night. As an example, not only have I served as host for the last few seasons, I have also pulled duty taking on main texter role. I’m not complaining about it, just stating facts.
If Snails could see the payout, that may entice some others to volunteer. You know, give them the WIIFM (What’s In It For Me) factor.

For only the third time ever, a SNAIL shirt is now up for auction! The winner will have his choice of three sizes (M, L, and 2XL). For the most part, the only people who own this shirt are SNAIL's 2015 GT Academy finalists (pictured below). Now is your chance to own some extremely rare SNAIL swag!

This auction has no minimum bid and no reserve price!

Proper Bidding Etiquette
If you want to place the first bid, please reply to this post and clearly state how many $hells you are bidding and what you are bidding on. :)

If you want to outbid someone else, please reply to the post that you are outbidding and clearly state how many $hells you are bidding and what you are bidding on. 👍

IMPORTANT: Do not bid more $hells than the number of $hells you currently own.

How To Win
Once someone's bid lasts for 24 hours without being outbid by somebody else, the auction will close and the highest bidder will be declared the winner. I will then ship the shirt to any address in the North America provided by the winner.

HAPPY BIDDING AND GOOD LUCK!! :dopey:
