Im racing
Awesome, glad to hear everything is setup and ready. Good luck tonight, and see you on the grid.Im racing
@MikeGrove has joined the series as a Reserve driver and will be racing tonight. Car choice and driver Leveling is in process and will be set before race time. With Raul confirmed, and MikeGrove joining us, we have a full 16 car field locked in for tonight.Alright Gents,
It's past 5pm est Thursday...deadline for all primary drivers to confirm attending has expired. Since no additional Reserves are confirmed available, @GTP_Guido is still eligible to accept the final open grid spot if he confirms before anyone else. With that said, we are now at a first come first serve for the final spot.
@Roman_GT23 has confirmed he could make himself available if there is absolutely no one else to run.
If interested in Racing tomorrow, please post below.
@MikeGrove and @LSGtheSkyChef , I included you into this invite. If interested, post here or pm me so I can direct you where remaining available cars can be found and forward time trialing instructions to be completed before race time.
Hoping to get a full grid for this event.
Nice👍I’m in…… 🙏🏻
I'll stall the start of Qualifying a few minutes. See you on the grid.Running late at work but I’m im still planning on making the first race
What time are you looking at? We can stall qualify until 9:20, and Race 1 start around 9:40-9:45ish?No chance of making race 1.
I’m in for race 2 if that’s an option
I have a reserve qualifying and Racing Race 1 in your place. Points earned in each race will count toward each of your totals for the season. Message me when your online, and I'll pm you when R1 I finished. No chance of making race 1.
I’m in for race 2 if that’s an option
You got it sir. I'll update the roster list, spotters guide, and scoresheets within the next day or so. Glad to have you on the full time roster.I’ll accept the primary spot. Good racing with you phlano!
I always look forward to the post race reports. It was great to see my name! Thanks for the shout out, wish I could have held my line through a few of the missteps I made. Blowing my T1 braking point in race 2 and bailing into the run off killed my chance of a decent finish, but I finally felt comfortable lapping on track with proximity. Great fun!
As expected, some intense battles were waged from front to the back of the grid. Some great defense was also on display by drivers suffering a deficit in straight line speed.
For me, Race 1 was a high point of my season so far. After finding pole position, getting a poor start, and then a poor restart from the lap 1 Caution, I found myself in 5th place at one point. After a few laps and some luck, I worked my way into 2nd place with @Fudman420 out by over 5 seconds. Expectations were low on actually catching him, but I tried pushing. The gap closed to 3.8 sec at one point, before he went back at it and opened the gap back over 5 sec. From there it seemed like I was stuck in the 4-5sec gap range with no way to close....until a small mistake that brought me to within 2.5 sec with around 10 laps to go gave the extra motivation. Now, I saw an opportunity and felt I could close that gap. I pushed well beyond my comfort zone, with time dropping lap to lap. With 2 laps to go I was within 1 sec, and on the final lap managed to get onto Fudmans bumper. All the effort peaked on the final corner for my one and only attempt. Fud overshot, allowing me to over under, switching to the inside...however, he was able to hold the speed on the outside. The result was a drag race to the finish line that ended by a fender margin of victory in his favor. Great race and battle to the end Fudman420.
Race 2 was a few tough battles with @MikeGrove, @Noob01_lmdead and especially @Bologna_Duc for a 4th place finish. Great racing to everyone.
Also, a shout out to @stelephant for some great pace and attack at this event.
Many other battles and exchanges were had across the field, I'm sure.... feel free to elaborate and share any points from your races.Congratulations to @llNovall for the overall EvenWin5 Win
And, our Podium:

Again, great racing everyone, and I'll see most of your for the Porsche Cup Event in 2 weeks and the rest for Event #6 on the 17th.
Looking forward to it. Btw, @IceWarden confirmed post race last Friday, so that will be both Ferrari's on the grid next Friday. If your around this Saturday, I'll have a practice room running starting around 8pm est. Hope you can make it.Confirming one of the two Ferrari’s from Team Salt Life/Ronin Racing will be racing
Based on about 30 min of lapping, I was down to the low-mid 2:04's with optimal showing 2:03.7. I'm going to say avg pace in the low 2:04's, possibly hi 2:03's w' draft help, and fastest laps dipping deeper into the 2:03's. Each race will be 20 laps based on a 2:04 avg lap time.Target times for this combo ?
Wow, I'm still about 0.7-1.0 sec off still. I have work to do.My optimal has been 2:02.7 with a quick lap of 2:03.5. Thanks, I've been wondering if I was off the pace. I usually struggle at this track.
