"Snow" conditions.....

Question about "Snow" conditions. I set up a practice session with the time of year set to winter and "snow" weather.

In the game it was "snowing" , that snow was settling on the car but no snow was settling on grass or surroundings..tried same with "Heavy snow" and same result.

Is that right? I just wanted to run a few laps in a winter wonderland !!!
all I got was a wet track (other than seeing snow falling it was not snowy on ground, track or any surroundings) .

you have to put the season in snow mode ;) not the weather
for the trophy at the nordschleife you can drive during spring while it is snowing

time of year set to winter

Under the seasons/time of year setting, there should be a fifth option, "Snow" (it might not be available for all tracks). That sets the date to Christmas day and gives you instant snow.

Bear in mind though there's a bug where if you set the weather to clear or light snow, the grip on the track is very poor, even with Ice tyres. Setting the weather to heavy snow or blizzard, and waiting a few minutes (or increasing time acceleration) gives you expected levels of grip.

Thank you very much

Bad, really bad, weren't Ben & other test drivers involved in testing & development
of this snow tracks, not a lot of testing could have gone into it.

It was already mentioned a few posts above you that there is a bug.
