So, how was your day?

Same old, plus the sickness. I had a moan at the taxi driver on the way to work because I was in on of 'them' moods and he got a little scared. Came home and was told to wash my smelly feet which I duly did. Tried once more to update to 2.02 still with 4000minutes remaining, I think I'll wait until the new year. :grumpy:

But, half day at work tomorrow and then off to get hammered at a restaurant. Yay.

4000 minutes? It was only 15 for me... :sly:

Well, I got the update 3am this morning so around 6 days of trying.

Yesterday I had a mad one as you can probably guess. Lots of friends, family, food and most importantly 16 shot of Bisongrass consecutively.

Dinner was ace, even if there were 30 people in the dinning room. BBQ in the evening was top notch and I rescued a small child, maybe a relative or something, through the bathroom window after the lock broke and she got trapped inside. Hero Shem, oh yeah.

I've got tons of large dark bruises all over my limbs from something but I don't really care.

Drunk shem?

Absolutely spannered.

In my defence there were about 15 Chinese family at our party last night and I only knew half of them, it was one of their kids I hope and not some random little girl lodging in the bathroom!

Sunday was a fun day. Fun as in that I was working on my Aunt's laptop while I was eating ham at my Grandma's house. There was so much dust that came out of the 7 year old HP laptop and it needed thermal paste replacement badly. Most of it on the CPU die was burnt away and the rest of the thermal paste was insulating the CPU die and was like a crusty cake. Yesterday was great. Got a laptop to repair yesterday, got rid of Vista Anti-virus 2012, finished the repair the same day, and got paid some good money. Today I got a message on facebook from a friend who wants to buy my old computer off of me. That will pay for half of the money for my computer I built in October!

I've been feeling great for the last few days and I can't wait till I can give my Aunt her computer back feeling new and upgrade the miserable 256MB of DDR ram to 1GB! This laptop basically lives on the hard drive!

I have to go to the UW medical center and have open heart surgery. I am scared ****less .I am having a triple bipass. That is how my day is going. :nervous::scared:

That is not good, but I'm sure you'll come out of it better.

Good luck with that. That doesn't sound like a pleasant experience.

Hopefully the surgery went well.. I, in any way don't like to have a surgery. Just feels weird and uncomfortable.

So, today is... Owkey it's like I'm living in Europe. Stayed up all night and sleep at 8 in the morning. Woke up at 2 and will continue my day. So far so good, but I can predict it's another boring day here. Will catch up Masterchef at night...

Phone us when it's finished
(sorry, the pun was too tempting :guilty:)

Seriously, I hope it all goes well 👍

I had to attend a funeral of a very close friend who died a week ago. She was diagnosed with stage 4 cervical cancer and deteriorated very quickly. I'm not ashamed to say I cried.
Sadly, her cat doesn't have a home, so unless I can convince my bastard father to let us keep her, she'll either be put down or left out on the streets.
@Anna+Reece-I'm very sorry to hear about your loss. I know how it feels to lose someone close to you.

My day was awful. This morning, I found out a friend of mine had committed suicide last night.

Got up. Had shower. Took train to work. Bought a doughnut. Ate doughnut. Bought a cheese and ham sub. Ate sub. Got to office. Turn on PC. Check inbox, fire up GTP. Did 2 hours of dancing to Thriller. Bought chicken. Ate chicken. Still 3 hours before I finish work. More dancing could be on the cards.

Sat in Manchester Airport, waiting for my flight to Berlin. It's delayed by an hour. So I won't arrive in Berlin until about 2pm continental Europe time. Then I have to wait for my luggage, which will take an age because I was the first person on this flight to check-in so my luggage will probably be the first to be loaded, last to be unloaded.

Then, I've got 4 train journeys to make to get to where I live. The last of the trains I am taking is at 9pm and thanks to these delays, I will be cutting it very fine indeed.

On the upside, I bought Brian Clough's book from the Smith's at the airport and it's a damn good read.

Got up. Had shower. Got daughter ready for school. Took car to wife's work, then school, then work. Ate nothing. Turn on Mac. Checked inbox, fire up GTP. Drunk coffee. No dancing. Downloaded new Justice album. Work. tbc...

So... What is your job exactly? Right now I'm under the assumption you're a member of the US senate...

Part Full time English teacher, all time drunk 👍

I work in an education institute producing educational materials which I then trial in classes of Chinese students. I also moonlight as an alcoholic.
