So, how was your day?

Well, first day of College classes and my alarm failed to go off so by the time I got ready I had 20 minutes to get out the door before class started. But as I ran out the door I nearly tripped on a violin. Yes, that's right, someone put a violin on my doorstep. I have no idea why.

Now I need some suggestions as to what to do with it since I don't even play an instrument.

Think of it not as an instrument of music, but an instrument of torture!

With your inability to play music, you have the ability to make some godawful noise with a violin. I can tell you right now that you'd be a natural at torturing your foes with the screeching notes. Go on, pick it up and tear up some eardrums!

Course Confirmation was actually quite good. I went there holding a pencil in the case I needed it. :P I sat down and the former Year 13 dean (the Year 12 one was busy) asked, "Where's your sheet?" I didn't know we had to take in a sheet, and she carried on. "So obviously you passed the year..." "I PASSED The year?" I asked, the teacher carried on to ask, "Don't you know your results?" So I replied, no. Then I was told how many I got which was 11 credits more than needed so I say... "YUSSS!!!" And threw fists in the air in victory (Jeremy Clarkson style without the L on the forehead). The teacher just laughed and carried on... Etc.

Then I went into town with a friend, and got some drinks, which is two 4 packs of Bundaberg. Then later my parents came over and gave me a 1.5 litre of orange fizzy drink! AND CHOCOLATE!!! Then today was just nothingness generally. Then I came home and I came on here and started typing. I just hope that my PSN card deliverer ;) remembered to do his job. I was meant to tell my sister to remind him to do it while he was there but she isn't here. So I just wait and see.

There was an earthquake in my school today. Magnitude 6.8 in the Negros-Cebu area, as said by the news. Everyone went down the building. Some were scared, but I was like "🤬"

It was my first time feeling an earthquake too. Was kinda strong, even my book fell from my armchair when I came back @_@

Meh.
Its Monday like any other day its boring...
But since I work on Friday/saturdays and the occasional Tuesday/Thursday, Monday is my weekend

My day was pretty good for a Monday... But there have been alot of planes taking off and flying low from what I'm guessing is Dobbins Air Force Base.

My day was ok. I have Grade 12 accounting (Online Class) in the morning, and a more demanding English class now. I have math too in this new semester, unfortunately. Oh well, now I'm just gonna check my sports website and head off to bed. This is Vandenal, signing out!

You want to know!? How my day went? I can't actually say whether it was good or bad.

School school school... Hung with the girl I've been mentioning, figured that she talks too much, that was sort of bad. Then I was happily walking quietly up to my dad's depot, and when walking past one of car repair/warrant Fitness place, or whatever it was. There is a black Porsche 997 GT3 RS! That made my day completely, I even touched it!! :P Then I come home. This girl is hinting it at me to ask her out. But I don't want to, but I don't want to hurt her or anything because she's sort of a nice person. Just chatty with humour that makes me cringe. So is today good or bad, I don't know!

Didn't sleep well, class at 7, psychologist at 10, received news a friend's brother-in-law went to jail, and that another friend's car broke down (Old Hyundais really do suck). Pretty crappy day.

Fantastic actually. I just got a call from a manufacturer of softdrinks headquartered in Atlanta who informed that the slogan competition I sent an entry to had been decided and they were pleased to inform me that I have won a €600 pair of alpine skis. :D:D:D

And me with a skiing holiday booked in mid march... :D:D:D

I'm guessing Coca-Cola?

Tell her she talks way too much with a grin on your face. If she laughs, put a ring on it... or something.

This.

My day (yesterday) was interesting, not going into details. I did something I said I'd never do again, but not like it's the end of the world.

Today has went surprisingly well, just tired.

It was a lot of fun!

All of the AVID students who made honor roll went to an Engineering Expo in USF, and had a plethora of interesting exhibits. Like there was a hydro-car powered by ionized hydrogen atoms, a simple concept of how turbines work; how water is filtered; how electricity is transferred into our homes; and everything in between! There was also informational exhibits. STEM (Science Tech Engineering and Mathematics) is a program designed to teach pre-college students who is interested in the fields associated in the program like Physics. They would have two levels, and comprised of 3 courses: Science, Computer Science, and Math. It is up to the student on what course to take. The program is only available in magnet high schools, though. There was others as well.

The only bad thing was that it rained, and then drizzled, and rained again. Half of the Expo was outside, so most of the exhibits outside was closed and retreated either indoors or just removed altogether.

It is going great. I finaly get to go home today after being in rehab and open heart surgery. It has been almost two months scince I been home.:nervous:👍:)

What was your entry?

Well, I dunno...

I was at the Shrove Monday procession today, but I went way too early. I went to the market square where the meet up was supposed to be, but I only caught one guy I knew and he was busy f-ing around with some douchebag friends of his. Those guys seriously made me mad. They were already drunk (it was 9:30AM) and kept on insulting each other and me. At some point around 10 I had enough and left the scene.
That's when it started to get much, much better. I met some people from my class and they were all nice, girls as well (which makes it even better). So we positioned ourselves right at the street where the procession went through, and had a great time watching it. There wasn't lots of alcohol involved, which was good. I rather party sober than **** up everybody around me just because I'm drunk, even if I'm enjoying myself.
Afterwards we went to the mall nearby to warm us up a bit (it was pretty cold outside) and then back to the market square. It was a lot more crowded than before and I can't say I was disappointed about it. Actually I met a bunch of other people who were all nice and not as drunk as the guys before. I also saw the guy I met this morning again and he was completely wasted, he could barely walk straight and frequently bumped into people. He's in my class, so I'm not sure how he's going to deal with that maths test tomorrow... :sly: We proceeded to hang out a bit watching the remainders of the procession and then went to eat something.
Then I left and went home only to find out that some idiot spray painted my hair without me noticing  I hope this stuff is washable...

If I leave out the stuff that happened before 10 AM I'd say it was a good day. But including that, I'd say it was rather mixed...

EDIT: I just found out that there was a giant brawl around 4 PM on the market square. Lucky I wasn't there...

Pretty crappy, very tiring. Had 3 hours of English class in the morning and another 3 hours of English class in the afternoon. Came home, ate a burger, dupe paints/cars on GT5. Fell asleep while duping stuff. Woke up to find that the Playstation controller had turned off which means I slept for quite a while.

My day was quite nice today.

I woke up around 10ish and had a smoke while browsing GTP. Came up with an idea for a cool thread in the Infield.

For lunch I had last nights leftover pizza, it was delicious. I then walked to the bike shop and bought 2 new inner tubes for my bike and some lights and other bits and bobs.

When I got home I browsed some more on here, went back to the bike shop and spent a load more money on computers and apparel and then had a chocolate cake in Starbucks with the misses.

Back home we decided we'd go to the sports ground to do some exercise and while I was there I found some discarded foam which is exactly what I was looking for for a project. I also discovered a rock climbing centre which I'd never noticed before.

I'm now going to have some dinner and watch a movie at home before the 3Ss and then early to bed.

Pretty good day.

Lets see My days are now running together, worked yesterday got off today...Still tired...

My day/weekend was great.
Everything has been going well as of late.
I just want to go outside and yell very loudly "Yeah!".
Things are progressing well, and I couldn't be happier.
Also got to see my niece and nephew and they are growing quickly.

Today will hopefully be a good day, I job shadow an accountant for 3 hours starting at noon, and am excited.
