Great community SMS! I heard users complaining about moderation on their official forum, but didn't suspected them to be such douchebags. Start fixing your game instead of banning people unhappy with your half-baked product.

Good job putting the link in with 2 posts...

Posts like yours not making any difference, you are only text person that can blame and hate the product.

I'd do the same to my children.

Learn how to communicate sensibly and you'll get treated fairly. SMS will listen if you don't start ranting the moment you register on their site. It's not the best way to start now is it? It's absolutely not the fact you are criticising, it's how you do it.

@andryush: Unfortunately your post was not in proportion to the message you tried to convey. And being a new member you didn't build any credit that would allow people to overlook it.

In a way I have to thank you for your post. It was part of what drew out counter-reaction to all the unfounded criticism, which instantly made that thread a lot more enjoyable.

May I suggest you find a game or hobby you actually enjoy instead of investing time and effort in negativity? You'll become a better person because of it, and people will take notice.

Banning people who not praise their product is good moderation? This is not normal, people should be able to freely express their concerns on official forum, without worrying of getting banned lol...

SMS made lame port of Project CARS 2 for PS4, and it's normal that fans are unhappy with that. Instead of banning people, they should either not reply at all, or reply with generic - "we working on fixing all issues and bringing the best experience with PC2 for you". Sufficient and professional answer.

Banning your consumers for their opinions, let it even be negative opinions, is highly unprofessional and proves that not only your product fails, but also your PR is very poor.

SMS made lame port of Project CARS 2 for PS4, and it's normal that fans are unhappy with that. Just like I said, instead of banning people, they should either not replu at all, or reply with generic - "we working on fixing all issues and bringing the best experience with PC2 for you"

Try reading the post above you better yet try read and understand them. You being rude and just went there looking for a keyboard fight. The thread you tried to highjack had nothing to do with reporting bugs were a sane person would have started.
Anyways I can see none of this is going change your attitude so it is good less noise on the official site

And saying SMS don't give a .... is professional and acceptable?

This thread is doomed.

@andryush - SMS have a habit of being rather quick with the ban hammer, they really don't like criticism, you're not the only one to experience this. I don't think you should've been banned for what you posted, maybe warned for swearing (if that's against forum rules), but banning was well out of order & over the top imho.

"You have been banned for the following reason; No reason was specified."
Says it all really!

It's been statef multiple times in this very thread yet you don't want to adress this: it's most probably not what you said that got you banned but how you said it.

I have a high tolerance level for swearing and so don't really mind your post but swearing often is against the terms of online fora.

If you combine that with a message they'd rather not see on a forum yore going to get yourself banned in no time!

Also co'structive critisism is very usefull, but your post doesn't have anything they can/should adress.

Your post says the port was terrible (a situation that's being worked on.
And the intromovie beeing bad in your opinion. Something that might aswell be true and yes it oughts to be the giant this is what we shine at. But when at launch that's not the case would ypu find it a good idea to have them spend time and rescources to fixing an intro vid?

I'm not saying your critisism isn't legit! I'm saying THE THINGS/WAYS you critised them wasn't a good idea.

Your attitude wouldn't get you far if you had a similar issue in your work environment would it? So why did you expect it te be diffrent on a public forum?

Edit: now the fact that it's a lifetime ban is an over reaction by the moderator in my opinion. I would have gone with a temporary.

Poor SMS, so fragile, so sensitive, you guys saying, that my post hurt their feelings? :embarrassed: Are you serious?

Ok, maybe I shouldn't have had used the words I used, but SMS mods clearly overreacted. Despite using "dont' give a..." phrase, I saw many users got banned also for negative opinions. So it's not about the language.

@MroczMR

Wiem, że ty najchętniej byś czytał tylko posty chwalące devów, ale to krytyka napędza branżę i kieruje ją ku lepszemu jutru. ;)

Well... Read this thread again. This is not about criticism but just you being rude. Learn some manners.

DELETED

Maybe you should had left the 🤬 part out.

I know we're all angry over this but language like that will get you ban on any forum.
It'd get you a warning for bypassing the swear filter here - only a ban if it's the last of several infractions that have totted up to a ban.

And it's no more acceptable in an image than it is in text.

And we're not interested in bringing drama from other sites here.

And Polish is not English.
