So when can PS3 users get the DLC??

When can we download the new DLC packs?? Legends and speedhunters.
I'm a bit sick of waiting and want to get my hands on these packs ASAP!!!!!!

I'm lookin forward to dlc as it looks like alot fun. Also cause I bought the game when psn was down so it won't let me use my online pass I guess till the store comes back up(it says maintenance when I try).

The speedhunters pack is great for online racing as you cannot turn it into destruction derby. It is a little bit boring though in my opinion.
