We all know the problem that IE has with displaying PNGs right? If you have a transparent background, Internet Explorer shades that transparency in with a grey colour. Reason? IE does not support alpha transpareny, which is the style of transparency PNG uses. Suprisingly, nearly every other browser on Earth (including IE for Mac) support alpha transparency.
But anyway, suppose you have a few PNGs with transparent backgrounds you want to display on your website, but you're afraid that anyone using IE will not be able to see them properly. Well fear not! I stumbled across this little gem today:
