some one please help me change the type of this file for a custom avatar

well i have a file that is Bitmap image file type can someone please help me change it into a GIF or something else file type and please help me and i dont have photoshop

where it says Attach File in bold along the left side, click the Browse button, then find the file on your PC, click open, and then post your reply.

Ok, i tried uploading a pic and it didnt attach and you dont have to post 3 times to say 1 sentence, there is an edit button.

the pixels have to be that way thats the only way they'll fit in the avatar it looks small but trust me its huge
