can anybody tell me if the gameshark will work on a pal version of gt2 ???????? please let me know its very important thanx

would a ntsc game work on a pal machine? the gameshark lite wont work then on pal? mustang wants to make hybrids thanx fiery but a regular gameshark cartridge like the pro will...

You can play NTSC games on a PAL system by either :
Chipping your PSX
or
Buying a cart like this :

Gamesharks do not have internal mod chip and will not boot up NTSC versions on PAL systems. If the lite is a CD based cart, I doubt it will work.
Bear in mind, you`ll need to check if your TV is multi-system. Due to the different frame rate between PAL and NTSC, the screen will roll and the picture will be in b&w on a standard PAL TV.
You can fix this by buying an NTSC colour converter and adjusting the vertical control on your TV, if it has one, check..

I forgot to mention, that we gave our Playstation to Dad.
