Yeah, alot of WRC drivers were there, and those crazy dune buggy type things were being driven by professional motocross racers like Travis Pastrana, that kid with obvious brain damage who launches himself like 50 feet in the air with his dirt bike.

Travis Pastrana just recently drove a SOBE sponsored WRX STi at the Sno*Drift SCCA ProRally I was at.. He drove pretty.

It is indeed footage from the Race of Champions. It's organised annually by ex-Audi works rally driver Michele Mouton, who stands as the only woman ever to win a round of FIA-recognised world-level motorsport. She also held the record for the Pikes Peak hillclimb for a while.

She's been running it for a good 15 years now. She always manages to get a good selection of drivers from different motorsport categories from around the world. And by controlling all the cars herself, she hass managed to keep it remarkably free of manufacturer influence and undue PR nonsense.
