I really like what you have captured in these photo's, everyone is going on with their own life.
I have started to take more pictures of people but can not seem to capture them with the same effect that you have.

You care too much about horizon. The object has priority, you want it aligned in the first place, not horizon

Each to their own - and it is normal to provide constructive feedback here.

In my opinion the horizon in that shot is at enough of an angle to distract from the main point of focus of the picture, the end result is that one member of you audience (me) doesn't like it.

You will notice that I have no issue with the same thing in a later shot (the couple on the beach), as they are more prominant in the frame and the horizon line is well outside the area of focus.

I tried straightening the horizon on said picture. IMO, it does get better.........but the guy on the left is cropped really tight as a result of the straightening, which screws up the composition. So in the end, I think it's best left this way. :)

I tried the same thing, ended up cropping the guy on the left out completely and think the end result is quite a striking shot.

Certainly worth a go, as personally I don't think the shot is to the same (very high) standard as the others, however with a tad less saturation and a straighten and crop it could well end up being on par with all the rest.

Some really nice shots there. I think the stand out ones are the beggar and the sea captain. I tend to agree with the others that the colours are little too strong in 3 but apart from that, a very nice set.

Keep them coming 👍

**awesomeness**

And I'm glad you do because you are really, really good at this! the sea captain is incredible!! I agree on what others have said about the colours on #3, but come on, the rest are epic.

I also like to shoot people, but in here I'll get killed if I do what you do.
