Someone help?! Points scoring....

Please see attached pictures. I raced in the first 2020 nations cup races the other day. Had 2 races, 2 poles, 2 FL and led most of both races... but I only got 13 points altogether?!?? Just looking at number 1 ranked player, he had 1 race no pole but won the race and he got 355 points from 1 race... I understand we are different driver ranking etc.. but does it make that much difference? Reasonably new to this so very Confused....

Only your last race counts each round, and only your finishing position counts.

Yes. The points in the FIA races are based on the average DR of the lobby. You're a D-rated driver, the top player is an A+-rated driver. Your DR is 3,000 and you'll be in lobbies averaging around 3,000 worth 10pt for a win, his was 75,000 (the cap has now been raised, but it'll be a while before people hit the new 100,000 limit) and he'll be in lobbies averaging somewhere around 74,000 worth 350pt for a win.
