Someone please help me - Formula GT - it NEVER appears in dealer

Hello,

This is my 3rd post in regards to not being able to find the Formula GT in the used dealership and I haven't gotten any responses yet so I thought I would explain my situation further. Can we come to some kind of a deal? I have been searching the used dealer for days!!! It's really frustrating. I got 6 million credits saved up also, so if there is anything you would like in exchange let me know. I wouldn't mind a loan either if possible, but I doubt anyone here would do that. The used dealer currently has a XJ220 LM Race Car.

go into license test b-1 and when the option comes up to go to the next test, do so until 8-5 loads up. then exit out and your used car lot should be fully cycled. i did this about 5 times today and got the FGT to show up
