Before you reinstall windows, try booting into safe mode and run a scan disk. Or, use your start up disk, copy over the files to make your disk bootable. If that doesn't work, then reinstall windows.

go into safe mode (with network support if you need to Download anything) (Hit F8 as the PC starts up until it brings up a menu) reinstall the old drivers you had even if you have to use the original install disk.
If your going to install Monster 3d drivers I'd suggest you make sure what version of Direct X you are using, and what version they support. Also make sure all old video card drivers are properly uninstalled. If you don't know how to do any of this... Reinstall windows, nothing beats a clean boot anyway.

yea Tom and Zero have the right idea. Boot into safe mode (F8 before it says Starting Windows98/95). When the computer is finished loading, press the windows key+pause. if you don't have a windows keyboard, then go to my computer, right click on it and select "properties". Now you are in system properties, click the deivce manager tab. Click "veiw devices by type". Now go to "Display adapters" and double click on it. You should now see a drop-down list of video cards installed in your computer. If there is more then 1, then you have too many drivers installed and the system might be tryin to load the incorrect drivers. erase those that do not apply (if the card isn't in the PCI/AGP card slot, remove it). IF you have all the drivers you need (including your 2D card) and you want to start fresh, then erase them all. but i wouldn't recomend doing that unless you are VERY sure you have the drivers you need and you will be able to install them at system bootup. The Monster 3D should be listed under display adapters or sound video and game controllers (preferrably the second one, as that is where it should be listed). find it and remove it. If there are multiple instances of the item, remove them too. Now close that window, you should need to reboot. when you do, windows will probably locate a new device and request you install drivers. For the Monster 3D, you can use the original drivers off of the CD. If you don't feel comfortable installing the drivers at that point, you can always do so later in windows.
The Monster 3D cd will install the drivers and software for you. So if you don't know wut you are doin, then just pop the CD in the drive after windows has booted (not safe mode). It should autoplay and a screen will come up asking you what you would like to do yadda yadda. click install drivers/software. Once you have installed the original drivers and software you can try to update the drivers (read the readme.txt completely).

****,this will not work, cause right when it shows my wallpaper explorer performs a illegal operation (same happens in safe mode)and well i cant do anything but look at my wallpaper, which is very nice, but im sick of it already, anyways,it freezes i dont see any icons,or anything, damn this sucks,do i have to reinstall windows???

if i do,again give me detailed description of what i should do to reinstall it....

nah you cant sue them lol well actually you probably could.. i mean this is america people.. but maybe they were rigged with a virus, but obviously not cuz you got them off of the dimond multimeda site.

anyone want parts????

nah, if your going to buy a complete PC, go with Dell. They use better components than most of the others and have excellent support too.

yeah id go dell also, i own a dell and am impressed but. their tech help service is totally better than most other companies. I would not advise getting the 2yr or more parts warrenty(s)... your computer will be out of date in a 1 1/2 years so you wont want junkie parts put in your computer 3 yrs. down the line, and plus its expensive i think.

i hear ya mista X. i have never bought a PC, i've built all mine. but i was reffering to buying a complete PC. only fewls with $$ or lazy/dumb bastards who can't/will not build one themselves would buy a falcon or alienware. :)
