Sony Alpha 200

Anyone have this camera, i'm thinking of getting one at christmas (that or a laptop). Just wondering if anyone has any experience with it, it looks awsome and just what i need but i'm worried i may be thinking about the wrong camera. i know there are some nice ones around from Canon and Nikon at a similar price.

Note: Lens price isn't an issue really with the Alpha i've done some research and found that i could use old Minolta lenses with it.

I tried one out in the store the other day, and I didn't like that my right thumb's knuckle was hitting my eyeglass lens when I pressed the shutter button.

Nikons and Canons don't do that, so that's a personal deal-breaker for me.

Thanks for the tip but i've gone and got the laptop now, dads convinced me i'll use the laptop more
