Sorry another SR Thread.... with video

I am thinking the SR really needs to be track specific and to take other factors other then just a car hits you so you are penalised.



The main reason is the daily race today time after time I am seeing masses of red indicators for players on Dragon Trail and the bulk of this is caused by the narrow in and out section where players are going flat out through a narrow part of the track and if the car crashes in front then you are doomed to hit it and there is nothing you can do about it. Surely it can be coded that in sections like this it is not an instant penalty?

I have attached a video below where I started the race as an A rating and finished it as a C

First incident I get taken out on the second corner 25 seconds in (I am PESTESTER) not a blame game this by the way so hold no grudge over the incident. But that is the first orange SR marker against me. Then if you go to 4:53 in the video two cars collide directly in front of me so I have no option but to go into the back of their car. So then a car hits me from behind and sends me into another car which then earns me a 10 second penalty.

Then the last lap of the race 7:45 I had a slight coming together with another car probably bit of blame to both of us and another SR mark against me so in one race I went from an A to a C I just think this is a bit crazy?

It is frustrating at times, but it can only work with what it has. Personally, I tend to avoid races which I know are going to be bad for SR... Dragon Trail, Monza and, just recently, Maggiore all seem to be crash fests. Similarly, FIA events are excellent for getting SR back up as the 10 minute qualifying session records green and orange SR for every sectors you pass.

Edit: I went from 74 to 99 last night, just doing the two FIA races.

Edit edit: I just checked my graph and my last big fall was coincidentally 99 to 72 which was Maggiore Scirocco race last Sunday. Then I went from 70 to 47 at Dragon Trail gr. 4 race last Tuesday. So, Maggiore and Dragon Trail are off my list now.

I'm getting very frustrated with the low SR S rank. It has become so dirty lately. The last two weeks I've stayed around 80SR and the cleanliness is night and day between SRA/B and SRS.
Its to the point now where i have been trying to keep my SR down so that I can have better and cleaner races. The problem is after every good race in SR A I get promoted back to SR S and destroy my DR with these so called SR S drivers. Its infuriating.

I really wonder what it is about the low SRS ranks that makes people such dicks to one another. I have people forcing there way inside in almost every corner at interlagos today. They take thier own lines as if i should just move out of their way and when i dont They would bump me and then purposely spin me out for disrupting thier corner. This isn't just one person either, it has been almost everyone around me. Wtf. Where is all this entitled vindictiveness coming from?

I usually have such better races than this. Come on SR S. Step it up.
