Spare some tips on SLR Mclaren 1/4 tuning?

I've been messing around with my SLR for a few days on and off and I can't get a decent time out of it. My best so far is like a 9.354 and I know that's awful. Can someone give some tips on the suspension or even be extremely generous and give me a starting final gear to flip with? All tips are apprecated.

what gear are you launching in, whats the top speed in the upper corner, and hows your suspension set up if you dont mind posting it.
