I am trying to use it on the historic classic car races ( i think thats it), and it doesnt corner well and sometimes spins out (oversteer?)

I won that series with time for sips of bourbon around the turns. One of my favorites early on. Got me through tons of races. Take the turns like Nana in her 62 Buick and haul it in the straights like the monster it is.

The Joey Logano fantasy NASCAR is a hoot as well.
