special black cars

Are the 4 black cars in the used car sales spots any more special than the regulars, besides the black paint. I thought I read somewhere in else that they come back once every 100 weeks?

also while I'm waiting to see if the 100 weeks part is true, I currently found that you can stall a car going up a hill. I was going to go on a photo drive with my Model T and take the picture on El Capitan. when i went around all of the curves, near the sand, and came around the corner heading towards the hill. Well, it made it 1\2 to 3\4 the way up it. After that I turned around and did a full lap backwards just nearly making it up the hill the other way.
