Look in the Course Registry in the Options menu.
All the yellow-highlighted ones are the ones available in Arcade Mode. You can select or deselect them to your heart's content. All the ones with "Yes" for 2P are potentially available in Arcade Mode 2P, if selected.

Ok i'm gonna bump this because no matter what I do I can't get SSR5 to come up in the split screen mode. I deselected all the courses that didn't say 2p on them and selected every one that did. I did this and abseloutely nothing changed when I went back into the splitscreen course select.
Also i've noticed that when I select a car from my memorycard that has racing tyres on the little select thing still says sports medium instead. I'm going to assume that this screen means sod all though because the cars seem to drive exactly the same anyway even though it says that I have sports tyres on in the menu.
how do i use my cars form GT mode?

As far as time trial mode, and I believe quick race, although I may be wrong because I've never done quick race before, you can't. You have to use stock cars.
For Split-screen battle, however, as you're picking the car, there should be numbers in the very top row of the screen, specifically a 1 and a 2. This corresponds to the slot your memory card is in; so you and a friend can both race your personal cars! 👍
