The successful Spyker C8 Spyder GT2R, the first Spyker that earned podium positions for the Dutch manufacturer of exclusive sports cars in the international GT arena, was replaced by the brand new Laviolette GT2R. It was built from the ground up around on a much stiffer aluminium spaceframe with better aerodynamics. Based on experience from the previous C8, a long list of components have been changed or improved. Among those, the Spyder roof is fixed and not removable. While an Naturally Aspirated Audi V8 would remain, Gone was the 3.7 Liter version that produced 440 Horsepower and in its place was a 4 Liter version producing 460 Horsepower. The 5 Speed Manual was also gone and replaced with a 6-Speed.

This car would finally feature a Competition machine from Spyker and would add another car to the brand.

Engine: 4.0L Naturally Aspirated V8
Horsepower: 460 hp
Transmission: 6-Speed Manual
Weight: 1125Kg
Drivetrain: RWD

Voted. This machine, along with Le Mans version of Saleen S7, would've been excellent addition to Le Mans fleet in GT4.

I hope it will appear in future Gran Turismo.
