This is actually SSC's next car and it will use some of what the Ultimate Aero XT has like the 6.9 litre all-aluminum twin-turbo V8 engine unit, a advanced cooling system, transmission upgrades, and a seven-speed paddle-shifted gearbox.

Its still coming. The delay was due to the factory that will fabricate it not being built on time. Construction is currently underway.
