ST: Horizon Fan-Film

It's been a while since I've created a thread here in the GTP forums, so I've decided to share and maybe begin a discussion about something I like, in this case, a fan-made project that I've just been made aware of. It involves one of my all-time favorite sci-fi franchises (as you can probably tell from my avatar) and I believe it shows some good promise.

I'm curious, are there other Trek fans here in the forums? What are your thoughts on this?
