stage 5 turbo kit for OptionZ top speed car, should I???

The Option Z top speed car is pretty fast. Mine hits 226 and all I added was a customized tranny, up graded suspension kit by nismo and of course all light weight upgrades so the car is bastically gutted out......now the car goes pretty already and I was thinking about throwing in a stage 5 turbo kit for it but is it worth the 80k. Just want to see if anybody has tryed it???? and is happy with the performance.

Have in mind I'm only using it for top speed only so the use of the car would be not be great but I'm really thinking about 900+whp to this baby......

I have the standard one, and i dont really think it needs more speed or suspension tuning. I think it already has the perfect handling-speed balance. 900bhp is pretty unecessary.

if your going for top speed. Like the 300 mph club, then the more hp, the better. You need alot of top end power to get into that high range.
And if 226 is all you can get, you need to do some serious tuning.
If you want big time high speeds you need to tweak everything jsut right.

With that being said, you can not overlook any factor of anything if you want the highest speed out of it. I have the standard stage 4 and that seems to be fine with me. But if you get really needy, there is always nos

Why ask when you could search this fine forum ?
Just spend the money and see. You are the only one that can judge if it was money well spent. Turn the auto save to limited or restricted, buy the part and test. if you dont like it you can allways reset the PS2. It wont work when buying cars however.
It is not like spending 85000 in real life is it.
It is also pretty easy to get the 85000 back by doing more races and selling prize cars you double up on.
From previous posts the stage 5 turbos are better than stage 4 turbos because there is less lag.

does any one here know how to drift with the escudo i try almost every day but i think i have too much hp cuz all it does is spin the wheels and its kinda hard to controll it but its still pro *winks*

And try keeping on topic. What does drifting an Escudo have to do with the stage 5 kit for the Option Z?

If this is the car you win from a japanese cup thingy then I must warn you not to fit the top grade turbo, when you hit a wall, stop, then try to accelerate away it just idles along at real low speed until the "hairdryer" hits boost and your off but until the turbo kicks in you are easy picking for the likes of slow cars.

Agreed!

Do NOT buy the stage 5 turbo kit it's a complete waste of money. When u buy it all it does is when u satart at first gear and go it slowly rev's up and then it redlines. I fully regreted buying that piece of 🤬 completely pointless.

And one other thing you can do is to take the NOS on the most power.
You can also fix the transmission...

Edit:

The option Z can go a lot faster than 220, but the stage 4 turbo and nos and it'll be near 300mph
