There are several cars that PD created for GT PSP , which were ported to GT5, yet replaced by Premium versions. You can see which these are, by looking at the GT5 official car list, and look for the [P]

Now. Only a few of these cars have been released into the OCD, for instance the '69 Camaro Z28. However the rest that haven't been are pretty much unavailable unless you transfer them yourself.

Now when this whole 'hacking' thing exploded early this year, people were 'hacking' (for lack of a better word) these GT PSP hidden cars into their garages.

This explains where you saw the Standard 97 EK.
