Ferrari Enzo Ferrari '02 is listed as a premium AND a standard car...? Has anyone seen the standard version of this car? I am kind of curious also as to WHY the would do this..?
 
Yeah that's an extremely good answer meknown.
Anyways the only way you can get the standard version is uploading it to arcade mode from PSP. All cars in the PSP version will be standard in arcade mode.

I wish the standard versions were available in the career mode. I don't really know why, or what the point would be, but it would be pretty cool.

Ah ha ! Thanks, I read about it on this forum and was thinking the guy was "adding" it to the official list but apparently not :) .

Theres loads of cars that are premium and standard ... never know whether to buy it then it comes up as standard :(
 
not sure how much has changed since this thread was originally started, but i guess it is possible to get standard enzos in the online used car dealership as i just bought one
 
Standard F2007 is also in the online dealership, these have been around for awhile, possibly even longer then we thought.

They are all really fun. Some of them sound and handle better than their premium counterparts. The Standard Nissan GTR V-Spec sounds real. Same case with the standard 787B. I get a lot of people asking for them while driving around online. I always tell them how to get them though.

Yeah, the only way to obtain them to use online and throughout career mode is to use a hybriding tool to get them.
 
Has anyone else noticed that there is now a standard Enzo and a standard F1 2007 in the ocd, the Enzo has no cockpit ( blacked out ) and both are in standard quality rendering, i for one have never seen either of these cars as standards and i have seen most of the cars in GT5, there are some models that have both Premium and Standard versions that are the exact same car, the 300SL comes to mind, but these two are new to me.

So somone at PD has intentionaly downgraded premium cars to make them worse for us? thx for that.👍

They are from the PSP game, they could be transferred to GT5 - naturally because the PSP is far less powerful the models are 'standards' so no they haven't been "Intentionally downgraded" - they existed already for the previous title and were just carried over.

The fgt is a fgt, there are 2 F1 cars in GT5 the 2007 and the 2010,
go check the ocd and see for yourself and you will see the F1 2007 and the Enzo as standard cars

Cars in GT5 from the Psp ? i thought the standards were carried over from GT4, anyway i have never seen these two cars as standard in GT5 and ive played GT5 nearly every day since its release.

That's because they're not normally available, however lately PD have been making them available in the OCD for those of us with.. well OCD.

The Standard Cars in GT5 are a mix of GT4 cars and PSP, the ones that are showing up in the OCD have been ones exclusively from the PSP transfer.

Wrong. There is a standard Enzo along with a standard Mazda 787b, along with a host of other standard premiums. I should know as I have all standard premiums. Maybe do some research before posting so you don't look foolish and uniformed. ;)

Don't believe me? Well I can put both of the above mentioned cars on share and you can see for yourself. Proof is in the pudding my friend. :sly:

EDIT: And just for reference, this is what I have as far as premiums to standards go, in all colors shown...everyone of them. Sorry, just felt like being a smartass. :lol:
