Just wondering if there is any way I can speed up my steering from 900 degrees to something lower for the tighter corners? I havent touched the academy in a while, which is why I'm only up to 5-2, where 90 degrees steering lock doesnt work with the tight hairpins of the Eiger track.

I use the DFGT

I was wondering about this also, is it possible on a G25?

I find multi-hairpins a pain in the ass with it.

Im using the DFGT, and I dont turn the wheel more than 100 degrees in either direction over the motegi lap.
Just over a quarter turn at most.

For me, I couldn't get the control I would like with high ffb, Im using ffb3 with power steering.

I am also using FFB 3 but without power steering as I feel it is easier to make quick steering adjustments with lower FFB and power steering causes me to lose the feel when turning the wheel quickly

I would have to say that I am not really turning much on this even using a G27. I think if you are on the right line you don't need much. The only place is the last hairpin.
