steering wheel problem

i'm looking to buy a steering wheel probably a driving force pro or if the price comes down a g25.

however i have one problem where shal i put it. i have a really old and crappy logitech which i used to use on my lap. that was fine because i never used it that much because it was so bad. however i'm looking to use the dfr or g25 more so how should i set it up all i have is a sofa and a tv about 1.5 metres in front of it. not a good gaming setup but any ideas. any sugestions will be usefull.

It sems like you need to read this thread, or just have a general look about at other folk's cockpits in this forum.
