Steering Wheel Problems

I'm trying to get my Microsoft Sidewinder wheel to work properly with GT2 on ePSXe. I can drive the car with it, but I need to jam the wheel almost all the way before the car responds. Any idea how to fix this?

i know what he means...is there anyways u can set the sensitivity....then maybe u dont have to turn it all the way for the wheel to respond..

I have the exact same wheel and problem: The dead zone is about 45 degrees each way Don't know how to fix it, tried lots of plug-ins and so on, almost all of them worked with GT1 but NONE with GT2

yea i have the same problem. dont know if its the same wheel, but its really a pain in the @$$ so i only use it once in a blue moon now

If it is on playstation then the controls can be set in options but on a computer you can set the out yield in control panel
