Stockyard...how does it really work ?

I have been trying to figure out how it works for about an hour.

the concept is simple enough. a place to store your cars out of your garage..

what i am having trouble with is how to takes cars from the stock yard then puts them back into your garage.

it seems totally random.. if i move one car out of the garage and into the yard, then back into my garage it sits in the same spot one time and i do the same thing with a different car and it goes it a different place..

i like to organize my cars a specific way so this was cool to see but not if it is just trowing them anywhere on the list..

what have you guys found happens with this.. or am i alone lol

I think its a place to put the cars you dont want to use, but dont want to sell.
