I don't mind the standard car models dating back from GT2/3, nor the sounds nor the ****** AI nor the p2p online mode. But what really pissed me off is the 500 car garage limit forcing you to move cars to stockyard which takes ages to save and load. Why, what is the point?
It wouldn't have been so bad if cars which are moved to stockyard are marked as "owned" when you view it in dealership/car search so you know which cars you've bought. This makes is very annoying and hard to keep track which cars you own and if you're like me and you want to buy every car in the game it's a nightmare especially if you're close to owning them all.
I really don't understand the point of the stockyard, one may argue it is there to put the cars you don't use to avoid clutter, but we can already filter cars with a dozen parameters and sort them as well, why on earth would I move any car to stockyard unless I've hit this artificial 500 car limit? It's a stupid feature, it's not even a feature if its useless in fact and would love to see it removed.

You just have to get use to it like everyone else, but there is a reason why PD put a 500 car garage limit is to not push the PS3 to its limits and that's why I think GT6 have a stockyard for but I might be wrong. It would be good idea if you send an Email to PD and they may explain to you why GT6 has a stockyard.

I don't like it either, but I think the stockyard was introduced with GT6 to reduce loading times compared with those on GT5 which were very slow. I have no evidence for this, but I think shuffle racing was removed for the same reason.

I used to have all the cars on GT5 plus duplicates up to the limit (I think it was 2,000) cars, but because of the stockyard I don't bother buying any car I'm not interested in.

Not sure which stockyard thread to reply, but the 'Acquire Date' glitch appears to be fixed. So, when you pull a car from the stockyard the date doesn't reset to the current date anymore.
