wahhhhhhhhhh piccy no worky

I don't get the obsession with that thing or with concept cars in general. So it has 1000 horsepower - big deal; it's been done - and this won't even be produced. So who gives a damn?

To be honest IMO American cars have been piles of dross since the late 70s well apart from a few exceptions. But now the US auto industry is totally turning itself around that Caddy 16 brings back the ideas of the Harley Earl 50s concept cars total excess its an awesome car. 👍 👍 👍

I agree with you, liquidyellow. It's about time for American companies to really start developing a unique "character" for their cars and their brands.

I went to the NYIAS in NYC in January and this vehicle is there. This vehicle is breathtaking. All I could do was just stand there and drool as it sat on its rotating pedistal.

And pardon me if I am out of line, but M5Power lighten the hell up.

Indeed. Chevy and Ford have always been the 'working man's division,' from their base models all the way to their large SUVs and pickups. I see no evidence that Ford is attempting to develop or cares to develop Lincoln or Mercury. GM, on the other hand, is doing a very good job - they eliminated Oldsmobile, which had no identity, and they're to do the same to Buick which suffers from the same problem. Otheriwse they have Saturn, the 'bargain company,' Pontiac, the 'excitement company,' Cadillac, 'cutting-edge luxury,' and GMC, 'high-end trucks.'

I'm excited about the direction that America seems to be taking with their production - even five years ago, it was scornful; GM had every division except GMC and Saturn sharing the same outdaed design.
